Unhappy news
The unbridled joy of Daughter’s pregnancy has turned into sadness. On a visit for her first ultrasound, everyone was shocked when the sonogram tech couldn’t find anything. Repeated urine tests had said “pregnant”.
It seems that God has intervened. While there is no firm reason why it’s happened, the pregnancy was “unviable”, and the life inside her is no more. Her choices are to wait for the inevitable or to allow modern medicine to clean things up and try to prepare for another attempt. She’s chosen the later based on advice.
Needless to say, she’s crushed. We all are. It’s going to be another rough Christmas.
I am so very sorry that this happened. Prayers for a speedy recovery both physical and mental.
