I wasn’t going to post anything about today. I’ve made my thoughts on 9/11 and subsequent events known on this blog, and I’ve got little more to say that anyone would find worth hearing. But every time I read this story, the room gets dusty and I’m reminded that we still have real heroes in this world. Rick Rescorla was one of them.

That article gets me every time. What a man! I agree that we have to wonder with the state of the world currently….exactly how many of them are left?
