Goodbye, Dad
Another member of the Greatest Generation has passed from this world. My Dad, who was a member of Co. B, 27th Armored Infantry Battalion, 9th Armored Division, died last night. I found him in his home. His passing was apparently quick and without pain.
I will count my life a roaring success if I’m half the man he was.
