A challenge to another bad law

James A. D’Cruz, 18, has asked a federal judge to declare unconstitutional the ban on handgun sales by federally licensed dealers to 18-20-year-olds.

It seems that James would like to buy a pistol. Local gun store tells him “No”, as required by current law. James sues to have the law ruled unconstitutional, using a law firm that has coincidentally worked with the NRA in recent years on Constitutional issues.

I may need to stock up on popcorn; this one has the potential to be a Barbara Boxer-head-exploding good time.
