Vernon Blake update

You may remember my note on Vernon Blake last month. In the current “This Is True“, Randy Cassingham returned him to my consciousness, and I checked over his updated website. Mr. Blake had his final hearing with Alabama state officials on August 10, but has not heard back from them on a decision.

So, good people of Alabama, there is still time to ride to the rescue of one of your own, who has your interests at heart. Call your elected officials, and put the pressure on them to right the injustice done to Mr. Blake, and punish the officious fools who treated him in this manner.
