Huh. Passing through Tiny Town, WI friday and saw the “no school today” sign and thought that was odd. Only thing I noticed in Madison was that the westbound beltline was backed up for miles, and that’s not unusual. I’m glad I was on the periphery all day. I was a First Mate for years on an MMSD pontoon boat and the boots-on-the-ground (water?) admin was quite responsive to the troops. Good times.
