Voices in the dark

Elderly folks in California feeling an out-sized impact from the PG&E blackouts. While we can ask “Why weren’t you prepared?”, bear in mind that elders have some unique issues to deal with, something that I’ve kinda-sorta discussed on other posts. Limited financial resources and physical abilities really put a crimp in the whole prepping thing for most.
