Why cheap money is bad for the economy

Over any substantial time period, “cheap money” is a bad thing. One of its worst effects that that its availability skews the decision-making process in such a way that the emphasis goes from creating value to extracting value. The long-term viability of a firm is ignored in favor of short-term gains.

Stupid, stupid, stupid.
