I’m really sad, and I can’t help the damn tears in my eyes. I didn’t personally know any of these men, but I feel that I’ve lost someone important to me.
I’m incredibly proud that this nation can produce men like these. I’m incredibly sad that we have to ask this sacrifice of them and their families. I hope that we can live up to their examples, and the example of all of our military men and women who have fallen in this war.
