Sunday Reading

“Have you ever felt out of place living in the modern world?” asks William S. Lind, author of Retroculture: Taking America Back.

My answer is “Yes, every time I go out.”

(Lind is also the author of the blog traditionalRIGHT, linked on the left.)

Retroculture is a (very?) small movement of people who have decided that, as much as possible, they will hew to the ways of  an older time, be they the 50s, 20s or 1700s.

I can’t say that there are many out there actually doing this; Internet searching doesn’t show much other than this book. However, in may be a movement whose time will come. Whether it does or doesn’t, it’s been an interesting read.
