A small win indeed. The full 9th circuit has already overturned the denial of the stay on the injunction on enforcement of the unconstitutional ban on the interstate commerce in ammunition. It's getting pretty convoluted, but they will do what they must to deny the Second Amendment rights of those they deem "lesser".
It appears Fox has deleted the original story. Looking for a new link, I found this from the NY Slimes. It seems the California AG asked the 9th Circus to stay the ban, and of course, they have. I figured this couldn't last long.
