Thomas Wolfe said “You can’t go home again.” For those of us who have tried, we know those words are true. “Home” always recedes into a past that can’t be recovered, but can often be appreciated and occasionally, shared.
Hardscrabble Farmer on The Burning Platform has made that trip, and writes about it with breath-taking elegance. It will take some time, but go read it-twice. With all the bad and evil in the world today, it’s something that is filled with peace and acceptance. Beautiful stuff.
