A Republican U.S. representative reversed himself after apologizing to BP CEO Tony Hayward earlier Thursday by saying BP was victim of a White House “shakedown,” a comment that angered both Democrats and Republicans.

And here I thought there was someone in Congress who was toting a pair. Either I was wrong or someone cut ’em off.
