Asked about recent verbal broadsides between Limbaugh and Powell, Cheney said, “If I had to choose in terms of being a Republican, I’d go with Rush Limbaugh,” Cheney said. “My take on it was Colin had already left the party. I didn’t know he was still a Republican.”

I have to agree. Rush Limbaugh may not always be my cup of tea, but if I had to make a choice of what I’d like the Republicans to act like, I’d take him over Powell any day.

Of course, to act like that, the Republican Party would have to have balls, and I just don’t see any in evidence right now.
