How can I create a fraction in Word that isn’t in any of the fonts I have?

This is too cool not to share. Mrs. Freeholder is working on an advanced degree, and needed to type fractions in the traditional format–numerator, horizontal line, denominator. There are fraction fonts, but she needed to be able to create them on the fly. After a bit of Googling, I found the perfect ” how to” on the Microsoft Word MVP site. Way cool!
